Dr. Machado brings 17 years of expertise in General Dentistry, starting from owning and partnering in a private practice in Brazil to serving as a limited license dentist at a community health center in the greater Boston area. During his tenure in Boston, he conducted research under the mentorship of a principal investigator at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. His passion is dedicated to improving healthcare access for underserved communities and advancing community health initiatives.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Machado cherishes time with his wife, Kathy, and their three sons. He is an avid seeker of new experiences, whether through travel, culinary exploration, music appreciation, or engaging with diverse cultures. He loves people and being connected to God through reading the Bible and praying. In his leisure time, he indulges in playing chess and strumming the acoustic guitar.

Dr Capps is a Virginia native practicing the majority of his career in the Northern
Virginia area. He is a seasoned and highly accomplished General Dentist with over
three decades of hands-on experience in providing dental services to his patients.
He has recentiy relocated to the Virginia Beach area and is enjoying the change of
lifestyle. When out of the office, Dr Capps enjoys spending time with his wife and
dogs, playing golf and travelling.
